I had the opportunity to join the Hammam family after I had a lot of experience with other work places. The common problem I faced until I join the Hammam Family is that; the working environments were not set up to facilitate the common, necessary needs of workers both physically and morally. Unfortunately, I adopted myself to be unhappy during my work hours. As I got to know Hammam, I became incredibly proud to be a part of this family. In the first training course I attended, the trainer thought I was the partner of the company because I possessed my company so much…. What enabled this was, unlike other workplaces, here we have a human-oriented approach. This way of doing business is same all over in our company. Even in the slightest dissatisfaction from a customer, our quality team declares a state of emergency. Even the customer compliant is originated from non-compliance to user manuals, our company puts the most attention in the customer to explain the details. I am proud to be a part of this structure, which continues to grow without giving up from quality, human, customer oriented communication. I hope that one day all Turkish companies can go beyond making money and have the values that Hammam Design has reached.

I am working as a technician in the warehouse/logistics department of Hammam Radiator company. There is a fine and careful production scheme for each product line in our company. The products are handled very delicately, almost like wrapped in cottons, and reliably delivered to the warehouse to be served at the customer’s disposal.
“PRODUCTION FOR US” is to warm our customer’s hearts with the radiators we produce, which are art pieces of fine and careful workmanship.

I am a woman who works in the stainless steel department, who works for Hammam brand and does the scotch process. As women, we all work at important points. WE ARE IN pipe constructing, WE ARE in washing, WE ARE in welding, WE ARE in purchasing, WE ARE in R&D, WE ARE in final control, WE ARE in polishing, we are in scotch-operations. Although we are in a semi-heavy industry, we are EVERYWHERE. Hammam always supports women’s power under all circumstances. We are valuable as working women in the Hammam Family. We are working with extreme sensitivity on surface operations to detect possible visual faults on the raw material stage, on the product stage. We are working with compliance to all worldwide specs. Even we add more control points originated from our own business perspective. Our towel warmers and radiators are unique and each of them different from the other.
