SAFETY TESTS

According to 60335-1, we perform the following tests with high-tech and calibrated, certified test equipment, which are mandatory in mass production:

1) Grounding Continuity
2) Electrical Strength Test
3) Functional Experiment

Below are the additional tests that are not included in the routine tests in the EN 60335-1 standard, but that our company applies to each Electric Towel Warmer:

4) High Voltage Test
5) Leakage Current Test

All these tests are recorded with a unique tracking number for each product to be used in product tracking.

PERFORMANCE TESTS

Our company minds the safe usage of the electric towel warmer as much as the comfort offered to the user. Thus we perform PERFORMANCE tests for each model (specifically towel warmer and heater combination) in order to ensure that the electric towel warmer meets the safety conditions. Each model of towel warmers is measured one by one from all the points as shown below with a thermal camera based on time, and it is ensured that the towel warmers are matched with the correct power heaters. Thus, it provides benefits to the user in many aspects such as preventing excessive heat on the surface of the product, and prolonging the life of the heater much longer than the warranty period.
