INFORMATION
The towel rail should never be installed in Zone O (ZO) and Zone 1 (Z1) shown in the representative drawing above according to the 60364-1 standart.
The towel rails and transformers must be mounted inside the correct zone of the bathroom acoording to its IP degree of protection and electrical legislation in force. In case of doubt the correct installation zone, refer to relevant public institution. Switch the mains off before any installation, dismount or maintenance operation on heaters.
Towel rail and transformer should be installed to the appropriate areas indicated by the check mark in the figure above. It should never be installed in prohibited areas with a cross.
ZONE 0 Inside the bat hor shower. Any fitting used here must be SELV (Separated Extra Low Voltage – max. 12 Volts) and a minimum of IPX7 (protected against immersion in water).
ZONE 1 Above the bat hor shower to a height 2.25m. A minimum rating of IPX4 isrequuired* (see Note 1).
ZONE 2 The area stretching to 0.6m outside the bat hor shower and above the bat hor shower. An IP rating of at least IPX4 is required (see Note 1).
Outside Zones Anywhere outside Zones 0,1 & 2.Where water jets are not to used for cleaning purposes according to the general rules of EN 60364-1 standart (see Note 1).
Notes
- In Zones 1 & 2. If there is a likelihood of water jets being used for cleaning purposes, a minimum of IPX5 is required.

WARRANTY
The warranty is not valid in case of improper use or installation and faulty mains voltage.
Electric towel rails are guaranteed for 2 (two) years against material and workmanship defects.
The product is out of warranty, if transformers are not supplied by our company.
Producer shall not be liable for any infringement to intellectual property rights of the Goods and the compliance of the Goods with rules and regulations of the countries, where the Goods are sold.

If a manufacturing defect is observed within the warranty period, provided that it has been installed and operated in accordance with these instructions, we undertake first to repair the product. If the product can not be repaired, we offer to exchange (we keep the right to modify, change, revise or cancel the products in our range, so exchange is subjected to availability). If the product is no longer in our range, we offer a substitute product.
